As per Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) By-Law Article 6, subsection 6.4.1, notice is hereby given that the Business Meeting of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Federation will be held: 📅 Saturday, October 17, 2026

Edmonton, AB T6H 5C2 In addition, notice is hereby given of a call for comments on revisions that will be proposed to the bylaws of the Society at the 2026 AGM. All comments regarding proposed amendments must be submitted to the AGF office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2026 to allow for circulation to the regular members by Friday, September 25, 2026. All proposed bylaw changes must be submitted with a written rationale. Proposed amendments will be assessed to confirm they are permissible under the Alberta Societies Act and that the appropriate procedures have been followed. For both the AGM and the Technical Assembly meetings, each member club must designate one (1) official voting representative. The designated voter must be identified and registered no later than Friday, September 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. To ensure all club representatives are aware of who has been authorized to vote on behalf of the club, only one voter registration form should be submitted per club. Clubs that fail to register a designated voter by the stated deadline will not have a vote counted at either the AGM or the Technical Assembly meetings. |
