Your client account is where you will be able to CANCEL YOUR DROP-IN CLASSES & CONVERSATION CLASSES. *All cancelations must be done at least 3 hours before the start of the class. No make-up class will be provided if canceled within the 3 hours. How to cancel your class? - Sign into your client account
- Select "Classes/Events" from the menu
- Scroll down to the bottom, and select "Upcoming"
- Find the class you would like to cancel.
- On the right, select the 3 dots (...) & select "Cancel"
- You will be removed from the class, and will no longer participate in that class.
Once completed, you will be prompted to fill out a drop-in form to reschedule the class. *You will also be sent an email with a link to register for your make-up class.
