RE: Communication from Gymnastics Saskatchewan

Dear Member Clubs,

In an ongoing effort to streamline communications and ensure that important information is easily accessible, we have introduced a new memo system. As you may have seen in the last few weeks, key communications will be delivered in the form of memos to simplify and organize information in our fast-paced environment.

What You Can Expect:

  • Memos will be sent via email to our contact lists based on registrations received through Amilia.
  • Each memo will contain the contact information of the staff member responsible.
  • All memos will be archived for future access on our website.

How to Access the Memo Archive: You can find the memo archive by navigating to the "Clubs" section of our website and selecting "Memo Archive" or by following this link: Memo Archive.

This change will help ensure that no important information gets lost in inboxes and that you always have access to the most current updates.
