RE: Judge Membership for the 2026-27 Season

Good morning!

Every season, a valid Gymnastics Saskatchewan membership is required in order to participate in judging courses and other sanctioned events with Gymnastics Saskatchewan.

In most cases, this membership requirement is already covered through the highest-priced membership policy, as many judges are already registered as members through a club or other gymnastics program.

If you do not anticipate holding a Gymnastics Saskatchewan membership through another registration, an Independent Judge Membership fee of $30 will apply.

Membership Deadline: October 15, 2026

Please ensure your membership is submitted HERE by October 15, 2026.

This deadline is firm. The registration form will close after October 15 and will not be reopened for late submissions.

Failure to register by the deadline may affect a judge’s eligibility to:

  • Attend judging courses
  • Participate in sanctioned Gymnastics Saskatchewan events
  • Receive funding for competitions
  • Maintain eligibility for judging activities throughout the upcoming season

Please complete your membership registration by October 15, 2026 to ensure you remain eligible for judging activities throughout the 2026–27 season!
