RE: 2025-26 Event Calendar

Good afternoon,

Please find below the current event calendar for the upcoming competition season.

We understand some clubs need to rent outside space for their competitions, and we want to provide the needed support so your seasons can run smoothly and efficiently. After reviewing all application requests, the only way to make the 2025/26 competition calendar work is for all first choice competition application dates to be sanctioned by our office, in hopes that member clubs with their own facilities may be able to adjust their competition dates with the below calendar in mind.

There are some weekends where more than one competition is scheduled. To support flexibility and collaboration, GymSask will not be re-assigning competitions. We encourage clubs to review the calendar, connect with one another as needed, and work together to make any mutually agreeable adjustments. Therefore, if you would like to change the date of your competition to a different weekend, please reach out, and we will make the updates on the event calendar and redistribute as required.

Furthermore, we are still waiting on a few dates on National competitions from GymCan and will update once available.
