CAC Locker Update

Please note that the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) has temporarily disabled the public transcript function of the NCCP Locker. Unfortunately, we don't have further details at this time. 

In the meantime, if a coach's certification needs to be verified, the coach can download a PDF of their Locker transcript by clicking the print icon. We'll share more information as soon as it becomes available.

2026 TG Technical Assembly

The 2026 TG Technical Assembly will take place on November 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PCT. This is a time to reflect on the past year, provide information on the year ahead and hold elections for the Trampoline Gymnastics Technical Committee (TGTC)

2026 GymBC Annual General Meeting

The 2026 GymBC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on November 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PCT. 

Please note that nominations close on October 21, 2026, and registration and voting delegate designation close on November 1, 2026.

Assisting and Guiding Clinic: Chilliwack

GymBC is hosting an Assisting and Guiding clinic in Chilliwack on November 11, 2026, running from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

WAG Judges' Cup 

The hybrid Judges' Cup is back! This competition is a great way to get valuable judge feedback ahead of the season and contribute to our judges' development. 

This year's in-person competition will take place on November 21, 2026 at Flip City Gymnastics with the virtual portion being judged that same weekend.

Check Your Locker! 

The professional development window for many Competition stream certifications closes in January 2027. Take a moment to log into your NCCP Locker, check where you stand, and make sure you've completed all your required PD points before the deadline. 

Any certifications that aren't renewed in time will lapse to "Certified Not Renewed" status, so don't leave it to the last minute! Click the link below for more information.

Transfer Course Reminder: Deadline January 1, 2027

This a reminder that coaches who transferred from MAG or WAG Level 3 Certified to Competition 3 Certified in 2021 must complete an online course that addresses skills not covered in the Level 3 Technical course. The deadline for completion is January 1, 2027. Coaches who do not complete the transfer course prior to January 1st will see their certification status lapse.

GymCan's Safer and Stronger Strategy

Safe sport in gymnastics now has a national roadmap. This summer, Gymnastics Canada launched Safer and Stronger, a new Safe Sport Strategy designed to build safe, healthy and inclusive environments at every level of the sport, from grassroots programs to the national team.
