🌟 Special Guest Visit: Connie Bramer in Regina!
We are excited to welcome Connie Bramer (Edmonton, AB) to Saskatchewan for a weekend of learning, creativity, and community connection!
Connie is a longtime gymnastics enthusiast with experience across many aspects of the sport — from High Performance coaching to Gymnaestrada. She is a wealth of knowledge and a strong mentor, known for her innovative choreography and inclusive, athlete-centered approach. We are thrilled to have her share her insight with our community!
This visit is a fantastic opportunity for athletes and coaches at all levels to learn new skills, explore creative movement, and engage with Gymnastics for All in fun and meaningful ways.
While Session 1 & 3 are targeted to rhythmic athletes and coaches, Session 2 is open to all Gymnaestrada & performance athletes from all disciplines!
📍Location: Wascana Rhythmic Gymnastics Club (520 12 Ave E, Regina SK).
SESSION 1 - Saturday Morning (Aug 30th, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
Open to Rhythm Cat and Provincial Level A gymnasts and coaches

SESSION 2 - Saturday Afternoon (Aug 30th, 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM)
For Performance athletes and coaches

SESSION 3 - Sunday (Aug 31st, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
