CAC Locker Update

Please note that Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) has disabled the public transcript function of the locker. We apologize at this time that we do not have further details. 

While this function is disabled if you need to verify certification coaches can provide a pdf of their locker transcript by using the print icon. We will provide more information as it becomes available to us.

2026 GymBC Awards & Scholarships Celebration Event Tickets - Final Reminder

This is the final reminder that tickets are available for the 2026 GymBC Awards & Scholarships Celebration Event, happening on September 26, 2026 at the Element Vancouver Metrotown Hotel! 

The deadline to purchase a ticket is September 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Email events@gymbc.org with any questions. 

2026 WAG Technical Assembly

The 2026 WAG Technical Assembly will take place on September 25, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. PT. This is a time to reflect on the past year, provide information on the year ahead and hold elections for the WAG Technical Committee (WTC).

2026 GFA Technical Assembly

The 2026 GFA Technical Assembly will take place on September 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. PT. This is a time to reflect on the past year, provide information on the year ahead and hold elections for the Gymnastics For All Committee (GFAC)

2026 FIG World Challenge Cup

Gymnastics Canada has announced the athletes selected to represent Canada at the 2026 FIG World Challenge Cup, taking place in Paris, France, from September 26–27, 2026.

GymBC congratulates MAG athlete, Jackson Martin who will be joining the team! The team will be supported by coach Ken Ikeda, as well as judge Todd Sader!

MAG Trials Dates Confirmed

All MAG trial dates for the 2026–27 season are now set.

WAG L5 & Beyond Camp - Hotel Accommodations Deadline

The WAG L5 & Beyond Camp is coming up on October 17-18, 2026 at KGTC, in Kamloops! 

If you require hotel accommodations, you may book through the host hotel by 2 p.m. PT on September 15, 2026. 

2027 WAG Summit Survey

The WAG Summit format will be changing in June 2027 as the dates for Canadians and the Whistler Classic are in conflict. 

Please have your voices heard by filling out this brief survey to aid in choosing the time and place for the 2027 WAG Summit!

WAG Canada Winter Games 2027 Leo Design Contest 

Team BC WAG athletes are headed to the 2027 Canada Winter Games, and they could be taking the floor in a leotard designed by you! Download the template, let your creativity run, and submit your design by September 20, 2026 for a chance to see it worn at the 2027 Canada Winter Games!

TG P3/4 Judging Course

GymBC will be running a P3/4 TG Judging course this fall, 2026!  Potential candidates include: parents who have done many years of "bench warming" with your athlete moving into "national" level; (ex) TG coaches, (ex) TG athletes.

We will be offering the course/exam for all 3 events (TRA, DMT, TUM) and the course will be conducted by Georgina Nerpio.

The course will be held virtually, via ZOOM on September 19, and October 2-4, 2026. 

Registration Deadline: September 15th, 2026

Rec Director 101 – Rec Gym Pros

Rec Director 101 is an 8 week online course that gives rec/preschool directors the skills & support they need to lead their programs & staff with confidence!  

The course runs October 15 to December 10, 2026, with lessons happening every Monday (11 a.m. - 1 p.m. PT) + Tutorials every Friday (11 a.m. - 12 p.m. PT).

Transfer Course Reminder: Deadline January 1, 2027

This a reminder that coaches who transferred from MAG or WAG Level 3 Certified to Competition 3 Certified in 2021 must complete an online course that addresses skills not covered in the Level 3 Technical course. The deadline for completion is January 1, 2027. Coaches who do not complete the transfer course prior to January 1st will see their certification status lapse.
