RE: Urgent Request for Reporting

Dear Member Clubs,

As we approach the end of the fiscal year, we are continuing to see membership numbers reported in Uplifter trending below budget projections. This has resulted in lower-than-anticipated membership revenue and has prompted a review of Gymnastics Saskatchewan’s programming and services for the remainder of the fiscal year.

The following programs and services are currently under review and may face reductions or delays in Quarter 4:
- NCCP coach certification courses
- Sask First training opportunities
- Coach and club development grants
- Other member services and initiatives

To ensure we are working with the most accurate information possible before making any decisions, we respectfully request that all remaining memberships be entered into Uplifter AND all Outside User Group forms be submitted no later than Tuesday, June 16 at 12:00 p.m.

Accurate membership reporting is essential to ensure participants are properly registered and covered under Gymnastics Saskatchewan’s insurance program. Complete reporting also helps ensure Gymnastics Saskatchewan has an accurate understanding of participation levels across the province and can make informed decisions regarding future programs and services.

We appreciate the significant work clubs have undertaken throughout the Uplifter transition and thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain accurate records.
