RE: Upcoming Membership Deadlines

Hello clubs, 

Our membership registration deadlines are quickly approaching. Below is a reminder of those key deadlines and requirements. 

Club Membership - Due October 1st 

  • All member clubs must purchase a Gym Sask club membership in Uplifter and submit payment for that membership by October 1st. 
  • Please be sure to purchase the level of membership (Recreational, Inter-Club, Competitive) that corresponds with the highest level of programming that your club offers. 
  • Instructions for purchasing a club membership can be found here. 

NOTE: A penalty of $100 will be charged to any club who has not paid their Club Membership Fee by October 1st.

Individual Membership - Due October 15th 

  • All individual members must be registered in Uplifter with the appropriate membership by October 15th. 
  • Instructions for importing individual members can be found here. 
  • NOTE: Clubs who have purchased an Uplifter Bronze, Silver or Gold plan for their internal club registrations MUST submit those registrations to the federation. Instructions for configuring your connection to Gym Sask and submitting your memberships can be found here. 
    • Please connect with Uplifter directly if you require assistance configuring your connection - Uplifter support 

*If you are facing difficulties with your individual memberships and require an extension to complete registration, please reach out to GymSask. Extension will be approved and granted on a case-by-case basis.
