CanGym Feedback Requested

In 2017, GymCan started a project to rejuvenate the CanGym program. Since then, the organization launched the Active Start component on the online platform, filling a gap left by the previous iteration. Now, under fresh leadership and a revamped strategic approach, GymCan is eager to understand the practical needs and priorities of clubs. Your input is valuable in shaping the future direction of the program.

2024 viaSport Coaching Awards

viaSport's annual Coaching Awards are back! The Coaching Awards recognize two coaches who have made outstanding achievements throughout their coaching careers to #MakeSportBetter in BC.⁠ Each recipient awarded truly reflects the highest coaching standards for your organization or club. 

Nominate a coach you believe helps your organization or club with the development and growth of other coaches or kickstarts performance pathways for athletes. Click here to nominate someone by March 17, 2024.

2024 BC Championships 

Registration is open for all 2024 BC Championships Events. Invoices will be sent to clubs following the first registration deadline. Please click on the links below to access the event pages for more information. 

• 2024 WAG Optional, MAG, and TG Gymnastics BC Championships - First registration deadline: Sunday, March 3, 2024
• 2024 Compulsory Gymnastics BC Championships - First registration deadline: Wednesday, March 20, 2024
• 2024 GymBC Xcel Challenge - First registration deadline: Wednesday, March 20, 2024

2024 Western Artistic Gymnastics Championships Trials - Inspire Cup

The 2024 Inspire Cup serves as trials for the 2024 Western Artistic Canadian Gymnastics Championships.

MAG Judges Prize Draw

In an effort to garner more interest in judging and being a part of gymnastics in BC in other ways, the men's program will be holding a draw that will take place at the end of June 2024. Judges who are Entry, Club, and Provincial level are eligible to be entered in to the draw for the following prizes:

Grand Prize: $250 gift card
Runner-Up: $50 Gift card

Entries will be done as follows. Entries are independent and cumulative, and all competitions where there are MAG participants and you are judging MAG rules are eligible for entries.

• Judge a session: 1 entry
• Take Entry course and judge at 2 competitions: 10 entries
• Take club course: 5 entries
• Take provincial course: 5 entries
• Referring someone to take the Entry course (must complete): 5 entries
