RE: Town Hall Meeting, June 2025

Dear members,

We are excited to announce a series of upcoming Town Hall Meetings in June, with in-person sessions planned for both Saskatoon and Regina along with an online option.

We strongly encourage all member clubs to attend, have their voice heard, connect, and foster meaningful discussion and collaboration. For members unable to attend in person, our online meeting option will provide an opportunity for your voice to be heard.

We ask that each member club send at least one staff member and one board member (if applicable) to attend. Clubs may send up to a maximum of three representatives.

To help us schedule these meetings at times that work best for our community, please take a moment to complete this quick survey by next Monday, May 12th. Your input will ensure we can plan effectively and accommodate as many people as possible.
