RE: 2025 Provincial Championships - Last Minute Reminders
Hi everyone,
We are only 2 days away from the 2025 Gymnastics Saskatchewan’s Provincial Championships. In advance of you arriving at Provincials, we wanted to share the following information with you.
Location Regina Fieldhouse – 1717 Elphinstone St (Across from Mosaic Stadium)
Parking Parking Map attached below, additional parking available at Mosaic Stadium
* Remember to give yourself extra time to park and walk to the venue
Entry Fee $10.00 per person, 5 yrs & under are free
Cash ONLY There is no cash machine on site
50/50 There is a progressive 50/50 – draw will be made on May 12th.

Raffle Baskets There will be raffles for every session, winners will be announced at each Awards
Vendors PSP Photos (Photos can ONLY be purchased at Provincials) & DNA Performance Wear
Food There is an external food vendor within the facility
Restrictions Only water is permitted in the Fieldhouse, no food
Souvenir Clothing
GymGear – Will be picked up at the Roses Table, immediately upon enter the gym
Merchandise Clothing – Due to a lack of space, all clothing will be picked up by ONLY 1 coach from each club and they will distribute. The online store has been opened for late, local orders only. These orders will be available for pick up at the QCGC office only and you will be contacted when they arrive.
