RE: 2024 AGM

Please be reminded that the Gym Sask General Meeting and Technical Assemblies are scheduled for Saturday, Nov 2nd at the DoubleTree Hotel (1975 Broad St, Regina). 

Clubs must register to attend the AGM by using the form HERE. Clubs will not be called for a club report if registration has not been completed by Oct 31st. 

Technical committee agendas, committee member application forms, and AGM voting allocations are available on our website. 

The AGM meeting agenda, annual report, and audited financial statement will be circulated closer to the date.
