REMINDER: 2024-25 GymBC Member Club Renewals Due August 31, 2024

Reminder that any Member Club Renewal Forms and/or payments received after August 31, 2024 will be subject to a $50 late fee. Renewals will NOT be accepted after September 30, 2024. Currently, less than half of GymBC member clubs have submitted their Renewal Forms.

You can find the 2024-25 Member Club Renewal form on this page of the GymBC website, or the direct link to the form is available here. The club membership fee for the upcoming new membership year is $600.

Please complete the renewal form for your club at your earliest convenience. Questions can be sent to membership@gymbc.org.

Vacation Notice: As an FYI, Member Services Manager and Finance, Catherine Dubinsky, will be away on vacation from August 28th and will return to the office September 23rd. Any membership or finance-related issues or questions that arise while Catherine is away, will be addressed as soon as possible after her return. Rec Conference Recap

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Whistler for the GymBC Rec Conference, for making this an experience to remember!

We appreciate all the gyms that sent their coaches, administrators, and managers to continue growing within the GFA community—your dedication strengthens us!

Special thanks to Ali Stoffels of Rec Gym Pros for delivering impactful sessions and kicking off and closing the event with such energy and insight.
