Every year, the third week of November is dedicated to celebrating the diverse cultures that enrich our province. BC Multiculturalism Week highlights how unique perspectives and traditions strengthen our communities and foster inclusivity. Updated Athlete Eligibility and Training Locations Policy

GymBC has revised the Athlete Eligibility and Training Locations Policy, which may impact competitive and interclub athletes. Review the updated policy here.

Deadlines for Exemption Requests:

• December competitions: Submit by November 29, 2024
• Other competitions: Submit at least four weeks prior to the start date

Note: Member clubs must submit exemption requests on behalf of athletes. For details on training outside BC, click here.

2025-26 GymBC Sanctioned Events 

Bidding to host a sanctioned event during the 2025-26 season opens on December 1, 2024. Clubs can secure event dates through a structured three-round process. 

Key Dates:
Round 1: Dec 1, 2024 – Feb 15, 2025  
Round 2: Mar 3, 2025 – Apr 19, 2025  
Round 3: May 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025

Comp 3 Coach Trampoline Gymnastics Pilot

GymBC, in partnership with GymCan is hosting a Comp 3 (C3) Trampoline Gymnastics (TG) Pilot in Kamloops, immediately following the 2025 TG Elite Championships.

Participants must be Comp 2 TG certified or Level 3 TG trained at minimum, while Level 3 TG certified coaches have the option to audit for a reduced fee.
