Gymnastics BC -

The men's program will be holding their annual retreat and assembly this year in Whistler, BC at the Whistler Athletes' Centre from 18-20 August 2023. Meetings will take place in the Performance Hub, directly beside the Whistler Athletes' Centre accommodations.

This retreat and assembly is open to any member of Gymnastics BC; e.g., club admins, coaches, judges, athletes, etc. For the assembly, only one voting delegate from each Gymnastics BC member club will have a vote.

Gymnastics BC has booked a block of rooms for participants at the Whistler Athletes' Centre. Space is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis. These accommodations will be covered by Gymnastics BC and priority will be given to one representative from each club, and MTC members. Please use the form below to register for the retreat and if you require accommodations.

The tentative schedule is as follows:

18 Aug: Arrival Day
- Informal social at Dubh Linn Gate Pub (Time TBC)
19 Aug: Retreat Day 1
- 09:00 - 12:00: Meeting
- 12:00 - 14:00: Lunch
- 14:00 - 18:00: Meeting
20 Aug: Retreat Day 2 & Assembly
- 09:00 - 12:00: Meeting
- 12:00 - 13:00: Lunch
- 13:00 - 14:30: Assembly
- 14:30: Departure
