Sophia Campana is Coming to BC GymBC is looking for clubs in the Lower Mainland to host elite athlete, mentor, and confidence coach Sophia Campana on November 27 and 28, 2026. With over 3.5 million followers, Sophia is touring across the US and Canada this fall with a program focused on preparing the mind, body, and soul for competition, including the specific ways she preps for her own big meets. Each session runs about four hours and is open to athletes ages 6 to 18, starting with one session of 90 participants and adding a second if there's demand. The format blends fun challenges, gymnastics skills, and a mindset workshop for both athletes and parents on turning fear and anxiety into inner fire and staying calm under competition pressure, capped off with the famous Pink Party glam session. We're looking for two to four Lower Mainland clubs to host. Host clubs are paid $15 USD per registered participant plus $20 USD per hour for two coaches to assist during the event. Depending on interest, GymBC will hold a random draw to select hosts. If your club would like to be considered, contact wag@gymbc.org, by September 23, 2026!
