RE: Athlete Reporting Document Updates

Hello clubs,

Please see the below athlete reporting document for the 2026 season. If you have any Inter-club, Provincial and/or National Gymnasts they need to be entered into this document for verification.  Please be sure to include who coaches each athlete.

Note: You need to save a new file of the sheet, in Excel only, and label with your club’s name before sending in. This is not a live document.

As a reminder, updated athlete reporting documents were due January 30th, with staffing changes a reminder was not sent out so we will move the deadline back to allow clubs more time.

If you have any updates to report, please send to technical@gymsask.com by Friday, February 20th.
