RE: Monthly Reporting Deadline Approaching

Hello Club Administrators,

This is a friendly reminder that the first monthly reporting deadline is approaching on October 31, 2026.

By this deadline, all current participants, coaches, and club staff must be uploaded into your Uplifter account, with all associated fees paid in full. Additionally, all Outside User Group forms and Self-Declaration forms must be submitted by the monthly deadline.

As per our current membership policies, a $100 fine will be applied to all member accounts on Monday, Nov 2nd if the following isn't complete:

Uplifter Membership Import
Membership Fees Submitted
Monthly Form Submitted
