This is the final reminder to submit the 2026-27 Member Club Renewal Form by August 31, 2026 to secure the discounted registration fee of $620. A $100 late fee applies to any renewal form or payment received after that date, and renewals will not be accepted after September 30, 2026.

WAG Canada Winter Games 2027 Leo Design Contest 

Team BC WAG athletes are headed to the 2027 Canada Winter Games, and they could be taking the floor in a leotard designed by you! Download the template, let your creativity run, and submit your design by September 20, 2026 for a chance to see it worn at the 2027 Canada Winter Games!

Assisting and Guiding Clinic

Sharpen your spotting skills this September! This full-day clinic reinforces progressions, drills, and instruction on physically assisting athletes, helping coaches build the confidence and technique to support their gymnasts safely and effectively when the moment calls for it.

TG P3/4 Judging Course!

GymBC will be running a P3/4 TG Judging course this fall, 2026!  Potential candidates include: parents who have done many years of "bench warming" with your athlete moving into "national" level; (ex) TG coaches, (ex) TG athletes.

We will be offering the course/exam for all 3 events (TRA, DMT, TUM) and the course will be conducted by Georgina Nerpio.

The course will be held virtually, via ZOOM on Sept 12, 19, Oct 2-4. 

Coach Evaluator Training Coming Up

Coach Evaluator training modules for Gymnastics Foundations Artistic and Trampoline Gymnastics are coming up. Dates and details can be found on the GymBC Education Calendar! 

Transfer Course Reminder: Deadline January 1, 2027

This a reminder that coaches who transferred from MAG or WAG Level 3 Certified to Competition 3 Certified in 2021 must complete an online course that addresses skills not covered in the Level 3 Technical course. The deadline for completion is January 1, 2027. Coaches who do not complete the transfer course prior to January 1st will see their certification status lapse.
