RE: 2025 Provincial Gymnaestrada

Hello Clubs and Coaches,

Registrations are now being accepted for the 2025 Provincial Gymnaestrada hosted by Wascana Rhythmic Gymnastics Club and Gym Sask!

Provincial Gymnaestrada will take place on May 24^th at Campbell Collegiate (102 Massey Rd) in Regina. This year is a workshop year, with groups participating in workshops and group practices in the morning/early afternoon and a gala showcase in the afternoon/evening.

Registration is to be completed and submitted by April 30^th through the following link: https://activitymessenger.com/p/icmgo7A?lang=en

The entry fee is $80 per group. There will be a late fee of $25 for registrations submitted after April 30^th.

The minimum group size should be 5 athletes per group. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the organizing committee. Routines should be a maximum of 5 minutes in length. Groups may perform up to two routines (time permitting) plus a mass routine appropriate for the age level of the group.

*Please note Mass Routine participation is optional.

Once registrations have been received, a bulletin will be circulated with information about workshops, practices, and performance schedule.
