Pan Am Pool Update

Great News for the 2025–2026 Season!

We’re excited to share that the Pan Am Pool will remain open for the entire 2025–2026 training and competition season.

Despite earlier rumors of a possible closure, the facility will continue to operate as usual, supporting our athletes, coaches, and the entire aquatic community.

Thank you for your patience—and get ready for another fantastic season at Pan Am!

Beginner High Dive Workshop

This workshop with National Team High Diving Coach Dallas Ludwick will introduce young divers to the thrilling discipline of high diving! Starting with video analysis, divers will learn about the 3 types of foot-first entries used in high diving.

Dryland progressions

10:40-12:00 noon
Water Fun with high diving basics

COST: $85

Those movement patterns will be introduced in the dryland training room using a variety of fun progressions and equipment. When we get to the water, divers will choose which types of foot first entries they want to try. Everyone will start on lower heights and will progress to higher heights based on readiness and confidence!
