2024 Annual General Meeting

The 2024 GymBC Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held yesterday, over Zoom, bringing members together to review reports, approve financials, and elect new directors.

New GymBC Organizational Chart

The GymBC Board of Directors have considered recommendations from the Personnel Committee and have adopted some revisions to our organizational chart. With these changes, several of our team members have been given new titles.

Membership Reminder

This is a reminder that if your club has competitive athletes, to make sure they are registered in a competitive category. There are some clubs that have NOT yet submitted any competitive registrations for their athletes!

If you currently have athletes registered in the WAG or MAG UNDECLARED competitive category, please note that if they are competing in either the Flip City Holiday Classic or OGC’s Icebreaker competition, you must withdraw them from the UNDECLARED category (FIRST!) before registering them in the appropriate category for their December competition. As in previous years, March 1, 2025 will mark the deadline for finalizing competitive WAG/MAG athlete registration categories, which will then remain unchanged until after the GymBC Championships (at which point athletes can move up in category, but not down without petitioning the appropriate discipline’s Technical Committee).

Upcoming GymCan Winning-Well Speaker Series
