Dear Partners,
This notice is to inform NCCP partners that, effective September 2, 2026, the Locker’s public Coach Transcript access function will be discontinued.
This function was originally made available to enable coaches to access and share their Coach Transcripts with authorized recipients, at a time when coaches did not have direct access to their own transcript records. Now, however, coaches have several alternative means of accessing and sharing their transcript, and the portal is pulling resources and support requirements away from the core functions of the Locker.
This step is being taken to provide coaches with more direct control over access to their Coach Transcript, and to improve the technical performance of the core functionality of the Locker platform.
Today, Coaches can securely access their Locker account at any time to view, download, print, or share their transcript directly from a computer or mobile device. Coaches who require support accessing their account can contact coach@coach.ca.
Sport administrators with approved administrative access to the Locker will continue to have access to coach lookup functionality within the Locker, consistent with their role and permissions. Administrators who would like a refresher on available functionality are encouraged to complete Locker Training.
Organizations with an existing Locker data connection also have the ability to appropriately access this information in compliance with their own privacy policy, applicable privacy legislation, and Coaching Association of Canada’s Privacy policy.
We invite your organization to share this message along with the following FAQs to your Provincial and Territorial partners.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
