GymBC Old Course Registration Platform (For Courses Prior to September 2022)

Prior to GymBC’s use of Activity Messenger for our online calendar and event registrations in 2022 (i.e. coaching and judging course registrations etc.) we had a different calendar and online registration system, available here: https://events.gymbc.org. Effective July 1, 2023, the old GymBC registration system will be decommissioned.

If there are any old course receipts that you would like to keep a record of, please login to retrieve them no later than June 30th as access will be unavailable after that time.

If you have any outstanding refunds, credits, or inconsistencies in the NCCP Locker, for courses that took place prior to September 2022, please contact coaching@gymbc.org. After June 30th, we will be much more limited in our ability to assist you. 

GymBC Fax Number Cancellation

GymBC will be cancelling our fax # (604-333-3499) at the end of May, 2023. This technology is outdated and not used enough to warrant the cost of keeping the fax line active. Over the course of the last few years, we received maybe a handful of legitimate faxes per year, whereas everything else received was spam. Please note that as of June 1, 2023, GymBC will no longer accept incoming faxes. Please send us an email or send mail to our office address instead.

2023 BC Gymnaestrada - Ticket Sales Available 

The 2023 BC Gymnaestrada is just 3 weeks away! We are so excited for this year's event, "It's a Small World" - Celebrating Diversity in Sport. 

Come out and support our participants! Our performance shows will take place Sunday May 28, at 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased on the events page here. We encourage everyone to purchase tickets online before the event.  Limited tickets may be available at the door - but it is dependent on seating availability following pre-sales!

2023 Western Canadian Artistic Gymnastics Championships Results

Gymnastics BC would like to congratulate Team BC on an excellent weekend competing in Edmonton! The 2023 Western Canadian Artistic Gymnastics Championships was a great success and we are proud of everyone's efforts!

2023 Canadian Championships - Volunteers Needed!

Gymnastics Canada is seeking volunteers for the upcoming Artistic Gymnastics Canadian Championships taking place May 18-22!

Upcoming Coach Evaluator Training

There are four Coach Evaluator trainings are coming up for GF Artistic, C1 Artistic, and C2 Artistic! These courses are entirely free and run through GymCan. Contact coaching@gymbc.org to receive the registration form.

NEW - Comp 3 Coaching Course

A comp 3 coaching course has been added to the calendar! Registrants are required to be Comp 2 certified in order to participate. Reminder: Coaches who were fully level 2 certified under the old system may challenge for Comp 2 certified status by completing the evaluation process.

Learning Facilitator Training Opportunities

There will be multiple LF training opportunities over the summer including a C3 Artistic, C1 Trampoline, and GF Intro/Artistic. Please fill out this form to apply to become an LF!
