The annual Coach of the Year Awards recognize outstanding coaches in British Columbia for their dedication and contribution to sport. 

viaSport invites the sport community to nominate coaches who have demonstrated leadership, effective coaching and personal growth throughout their career.

Dysfunctional Eating & Eating Disorders in Athleticism Workshop: Final Reminder

This is a free, two hour workshop for coaches, club staff & families (parents/guardians) from any discipline to educate & bring awareness on how to provide a safe sports environment where athletes can succeed whilst supporting their physical & mental well-being.

This workshop takes place on January 30.

Team Up Series: Selkirk Challengers

ViaSport have introduced two fantastic initiatives focused on improving opportunities for sport participation among individuals with disabilities. 

The Selkirk Challengers Gymnastics Club and Kootenay Family Place are working together to provide free gymnastics programming to young people with physical disabilities or neurodiversity.
