TO: Member Clubs, JudgesRE: 2026 Provincial ChampionshipsHi everyone, We are only 2 days away from the 2026 Gymnastics Saskatchewan’s Provincial Championships. In advance of you arriving at Provincials, we wanted to share the following information with you. Please share with all families attending from your club. Location - Regina Fieldhouse – 1717 Elphinstone St (Across from Mosaic Stadium)
Parking - Parking Map attached below, additional parking available at Mosaic Stadium
- Remember to give yourself extra time to park and walk to the venue – THERE IS CONSTRUCTION AROUND THE VENUE
Entry Fee - $10.00 per person, 5 yrs & under are free
- Cash ONLY - There is no cash machine on site
50/50 Raffle Baskets - There will be raffles for every session, winners will be announced at each Awards
Vendors - PSP Photos (Photos can ONLY be purchased at Provincials) & GymGear
Souvenir Trainer - Pick up at the GymGear Booth
Souvenir Clothing - Merchandise Clothing – Any items ordered, your coach will be picking them up. Coaches, please pick up in Hospitality Room
Food - There is an external food vendor within the facility
Restrictions - Only water is permitted in the Fieldhouse, no food or drink
Volunteering Security - Coaches, Judges, and LOC will be given accreditation tags. Please wear them at all times on the field of play. If accreditation is not worn, GymSask staff, LOC, and/or major volunteers may restrict access to the floor.
