Hello Coaches and Administrators, 

As part of Gymnastics Ontario’s ongoing Supporting Coaches webinar series, we are pleased to partner with and invite you to our upcoming session, Managing Burnout: A Sustainable Approach to Coaching. Attendees will earn 2 Professional Development (PD) Points!  

Led by Jhanelle Peters, Registered Psychotherapist, this session will explore the connection between stress, burnout, and low moods. 

Learn how to recognize early signs of workplace stress in themselves and others, along with practical strategies to manage burnout. Participants will gain actionable tools to move from surviving to thriving, even during challenging times.
