GymCan Safety Steering Committee

Gymnastics Canada (GymCan) has established a National Safety Steering Committee, to remain committed of providing a positive, safe, and inclusive sport experience for all. The Committee has been recruited and a project manager with a youth safety background has been hired to lead progress on next steps.

Active Start Online Platform

We are excited to announce the re-launch of the CanGym Active Start online platform!

This online platform provides clubs with sample lesson plans, skill charts, lesson plan templates, safety guidelines and certificates.

The deadline to submit an application for the 2024 Gymnastics BC Scholarships is tomorrow, May 31, 2024. Click here to view the awards page on our website, with all important information.

2024 Canadian Championships (WAG, MAG, TG, ACRO)

The Canadian Championships are set to take place in Gatineau, QC from Jun 5-9, 2024. Gymnastics BC wishes the best of luck to all of our WAG, MAG, TG, and Acro athletes who will be representing BC at the championships. Click here to view the list of teams!

2024 Rec Conference

The 2024 Rec Conference will be held August 9-11, 2024 at the Whistler Gymnastics Club.  

The goals of the conference are to come together and discuss important topics regarding GFA programs, LEARN from presenters from across the country, SHARE ideas and CONNECT with other like-minded people from our community.

2024 Artistic Pan American Championships Results

The 2024 Artistic Pan American Championships took place May 23-25, 2024 in Santa Marta, Columbia. 

Gymnastics BC is proud to announce that for WAG, Sydney Turner (coach Barb Fraser) is coming home with 3 medals! 1 team, and 2 individuals. For MAG, Aiden Gonzalez (coach Kris Krunick) made HB finals and placed 4th. Congratulations to all of you!
