BJJ Québec Enrollment

Adults No-Gi Submission-Only, will be ADCC rules.

Beginners and Intermediate- 3 minutes of Submission Only followed by 3 minutes of Points. 

Advanced- 4 minutes of Submission Only followed by 4 minutes of Points. 

All SAU Adults No-gi divisions in Canada will be using ADCC rules.
