Terms and conditions

I agree to pay for the services (classes, clinics, lessons, camps, party, drop-in, teams, etc.) for which I am registering.

I acknowledge and accept that memberships and deposits are non-refundable and that there are no refunds or credits for any missed activities for any reason whatsoever except in such cases where an activity is cancelled by Soccer World or Wentworth Sports Complex, in which case credit will be provided as determined by the company.

I acknowledge that if I cancel or withdraw from any program after registration and before it has begun, I will accept cancellation terms and conditions as outlined in fine print on the website (hamontsports.com/fine-print).

I agree to abide by the terms and policies of the facility, and the laws of the community.

I will not make comments or behaviours which are disrespectful, offensive, abusive, racist or sexist towards any players, coaches, officials or other spectators.

I acknowledge and accept Soccer World and Wentworth Sports Complex facility rules, and accept that unsafe behaviour and/or consumption of alcohol and/or non-medical drugs and/or smoking inside the facility may result in forcible removal from the property and a forfeit of all payments, and payments of related groups towards future activities.

I acknowledge that Soccer World and Wentworth Sports Complex drop-in programs and camps are not licensed by the government of Ontario and that Soccer World and Wentworth Sports Complex are not a daycare.

I acknowledge that Soccer World and Wentworth Sports Complex leagues are not sanctioned by provincial sport bodies (soccer leagues are not sanctioned by Ontario Soccer) and not covered by their insurance.

I acknowledge that I am the parent or legal guardian for the child(ren) who will be participating in any Soccer World or Wentworth Sports Complex activities (drop-in programs, camps, classes, clinics, leagues, field trips, parties). I understand the terms and conditions and have accepted to register my child(ren).
