Deposit

Deposit is required to confirm date and book a rental, party or event. Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds

Cage rentals, VR, field rentals & lessons may be cancelled up to 72hrs prior for a full refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of event are non-refundable.

Parties, field trips & other events may be cancelled up to 72hrs prior for a fee equal to the posted deposit.

Cage Rentals

Cage renters are expected to clean-up and return all balls to buckets and/or machines within their period of rented time.

Damage & Cleaning Charges

Excessive damage and/or additional cleaning following a party will be charged a minimum $150 damage & cleaning fee.
