WHAT IS A COACH?

Defining the Coach's Role

A Taekwondo coach at Taekwondo Manitoba is a mentor, a guide, and a positive role model for athletes. Coaches are expected to inspire, educate, and nurture students of all levels, encouraging them to achieve their full potential both in and out of the dojang. We strive to build a supportive environment that fosters growth, sportsmanship, discipline, and a love for Taekwondo.

Our Culture

At Taekwondo Manitoba, we believe in creating a community-oriented culture based on respect, integrity, and perseverance. Our focus is on ensuring that students enjoy their training, while developing a strong foundation of values, self-discipline, and teamwork. The coaching staff plays a key role in shaping this positive and inclusive environment, one that promotes lifelong learning and growth.
