Welcome to the Renaissance Kids family portal! Here you can find uniform images, individual pages for each class, and other relevant information.
Staff and classroom directory
When dropping off and picking up your child, please remember to park in the correct spaces. Renaissance Kids families should not be parking in front of the soccer club or any other business other than units 1 to 7.
The parking lot map is attached showing which areas are okay to park in (green) and which are not (red).
Parking lot updates
Express drop-off (Virtuosos only):
To help reduce congestion in the parking lot, we ask that Virtuosos families dropping off their children between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. please do so at the Studio D'Arte door (from September to June).
Sign up for a pick-up time slot (Illuminators and Virtuosos only):
Illuminators and Virtuosos students will be dismissed from one of the central/lobby areas rather than from their classrooms.
Classrooms will use different locations for their pick-up processes. This will help to minimize crowding so teachers can bring their groups in a controlled and safe manner. Pick-up locations will be as follows:
- Birch playground: Illuminators 1
- Emergency door next to Renaissance Kids (Unit 1) entrance: Illuminators 2
- The Arts Conservatory (Unit 5) front entrance: Virtuosos 2, Virtuosos 3
- SPARK (Unit 7) entrance: Illuminators 3, Virtuosos 1
Each class will have three time slots that parents can choose from:
- 4:00 to 4:10 p.m.
- 4:10 to 4:20 p.m.
- 4:20 to 4:30 p.m.
Children will remain in their classrooms until it is time to get ready for pick-up, so their wait time will be no more than 10 minutes.
If you are running late or know in advance that your usual time slot will not work on a particular day, please let your teachers know over the phone or in person that morning and we can arrange alternate pick-up plans.
Unit 5 express drop-off and pick-up zone:
The area in front of Unit 5 is a drop-off and pick-up zone only. This means drivers will need to remain in or around their vehicles and can only enter the school immediately before or after dropping off or picking up their child. Those parking for longer periods of time should do so in other sections of the parking lot.
One-way loop:
Traffic in the parking lot only travels one way, entering from the north entrance and exiting from the south entrance.
