How to Register

There are two different types of registrations; Individual Athlete Registration and a Team Registration.

Register as an Individual Athlete:

For individuals who want to register as a free agent to be picked up or placed with a team.
Register using the Individual Athlete Registration form.

Register a Team:

For coaches who want to register a team for a specific sport, follow this process:

Register your team by filling the relevant registration form below based on your sport.
1. You are not required to have your full roster decided until July 8, 2026. You will have the opportunity to modify your roster within a separate Team Roster form.
You will receive a confirmation email that will outline next steps. Within this email will be a link for coaches to register and gain access to the MISG Coach Portal.
