Return & Cancellation Policy

 

At Elevate Academy, we take great care in planning meaningful, high-quality programs and events. To support this experience for all participants, the following policy applies:

• All payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless a program or event is canceled by Elevate Academy.

• In the event that Elevate Academy cancels a program or event, registered participants will be notified promptly and issued a full refund. This excludes cancellations due to TDSB school closures for any reason. Details regarding the refund process will be provided at that time.
• Payments and deposits cannot be applied or transferred to other programs, sessions, or individuals.

By registering for a program or event, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
