Travelling from out of town? We have a room block set up at the Element Vancouver Metrotown Hotel in Burnaby, BC.

One Bedroom Suite: $239/night

Elected – Two (2) Director(s)-at-Large positions are elected by the members each year at the GymBC AGM, based on qualified nominations, submitted by member clubs and received by the nominating committee prior to the published deadline. Elected Director(s)-at-Large serve for 2-year terms.
Deadline: Monday October 2, at 11:59 p.m.
Appointed – Two (2) Director(s)-at-Large are appointed by the board each year and confirmed at the GymBC AGM, based on qualified applications received by the nominating committee prior to the published deadline. One (1) of these appointed Director(s)-at-Large is the Director(s)-at-Large, Finance otherwise referred to as Director of Finance. Appointed Director(s)-at-Large serve for 1-year terms.
Deadline: Monday October 2, at 11:59 p.m.
