Cancellation and Modification Policy
Reservations for one or more courses
The reservation of a course or event is confirmed once full payment has been made. A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is validated.
If you need to cancel OR make changes to an order you just placed, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@squashoutaouais.ca by clearly indicating your order number and the cancellations and/or modifications you wish to make. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Customer Cancellation
Before the start date of the course(s):
Cancellation without fees and a full refund or applicable credit.
After the start of the courses:
Refund subject to payment for services already rendered plus a fee of 10% of the value of remaining courses.
Modification by the Customer
More than 72 hours before the start of the courses:
Modification without fees, subject to availability.
Less than 72 hours before the start of the course:
A fee of 10% may apply, subject to availability and at the discretion of Sporthèque.
Absence and Makeups
Courses missed by participants or their parents cannot be made up, refunded, or credited.
