2025-26 Gymnastics BC Sanctioned Event Request

The deadline to sanction an event was May 31. Please note a $200 fee applies to any new requests.

Please thoroughly read the Sanctioned Event Information Package prior to submitting your Sanctioned Event Request for the 2025-26 event season.

Round 2: Mar 4, 2025 – Apr 19, 2025 (Draft Calendar: May 1)
Round 3: May 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025 (Final Calendar: Jun 10)
Late Requests: Requests after May 31, 2025 (Calendar updated as necessary)

Please note: If a club submits requests to host more than one sanctioned event during the season, only the indicated priority event request will be considered during rounds 1 and 2 of bidding. Requests for the additional event(s) will be reviewed in round 3 only. This approach allows a broader distribution of hosting opportunities, giving all clubs a chance to secure a preferred weekend for a single event before any club is approved for multiple events. Clubs are permitted to submit more than one request during rounds 1 and 2 if they have final details for the additional event(s), which can help the club avoid higher or late sanctioning fees. However, clubs submitting multiple requests during rounds 1 or 2 should indicate on the sanctioning request form, in the space provided, whether the event they are requesting sanctioning for is their priority event.
