Sponsorship Terms of Agreement

This Contract / Agreement is entered into by and between Glacier Gymnastics Club of Nelson, BC, and the Business / Corporation named in this electronic form.
The specific terms of this Agreement are as follows:
- The Sponsorship Agreement is valid for one year starting when payment has been received.
- Glacier Gymnastics Club shall display your business logo on a sign or banner within its premises at 719 Vernon Street, Nelson BC.
- In addition, Glacier Gymnastics Club will display your business logo/website link on our website in the specific Sponsorship section of the website.
- If you provide your social media links, Glacier Gymnastics Club will also include you in our social media posts and promotions thanking you publicly for your support.
- The sign, web logo, and social media posts shall be displayed/posted in a professional manner in a visible area for the purpose of advertising your business.
Specifics with regard to location of signs & website posting are determined by the choice of the sponsorship level outlined below.
Gold Level - minimum $1200.00 sponsorship or $2000.00 for two years
- one 36 x 72 inch sign displayed on the far wall of the gym
- Gold Level treatment on our website (large size logo & link)
- Gold Level treatment in our social media recognition schedule
Silver Level - sliding scale $650 - $850 sponsorship
- one 36 x 24 inch sign displayed in the upstairs viewing area
- Silver Level treatment on our website (medium sized logo & link)
- Silver Level treatment in our social media recognition schedule
Bronze Level - sliding scale $250 - $450 sponsorship
- one 24 x 18 inch sign displayed in the upstairs viewing area
- Bronze Level treatment on our website: small logo & link included on the sponsorship section of our website
- Bronze Level treatment in our social media recognition schedule
Social Media Recognition
We develop social media posts for both Facebook and Instagram that feature your logo or sponsorship sign with a group of the Club’s youth participants. A positive message celebrating your support is created and we #tag your own social media account to maximize sharing. To increase exposure, we “boost” some posts and pay to advertise to a targeted audience.
Social media posts are scheduled to run according to the following schedule:
Gold Level Sponsors:
- six social media posts - one every two months
- the first and last posts are boosted
- option to provide an additional photo of your own
- option to create your own text to be used in the post
Silver Level Sponsors:
- three social media posts - one every four months
- the first post is boosted
Bronze Level Sponsors:
- one boosted social media post
Payment
Payment in lump sum, payable by cash, cheque or EFT, is due at the commencement of this agreement.
One Year
The sign and website link will be displayed for one year. Unless the agreement is renewed, it will expire after one year.
Renewal
Sponsors will be contacted each year with an option to continue their sponsorship. A new agreement will be required.

In exchange for displaying your business sign and website link as per the above agreement your company shall sponsor Glacier Gymnastics Club in the amount selected below.

This contract may not be modified in any manner unless in writing and signed by both Parties. This document constitutes an agreement between the Parties.
