USA Curling will review the filing and move it to the appropriate party for review or further investigation.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need to report sexual misconduct, child abuse, or an intimate relationships involving an imbalance of power, do not use this form. You must report it to law enforcement and file a complaint directly with the U.S. Center for SafeSport (the Center). The Center has exclusive jurisdiction over allegations of sexual misconduct. The Center also accepts reports of emotional and physical misconduct (including but not limited to bullying, hazing, stalking, and harassment) within the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement.
