Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of my registration and participation in the activities, programs, and events offered or sponsored by Sporthèque, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Acting on my behalf and on behalf of my heirs, legal representatives, assigns, and any other person who may act on my behalf, I waive, release, and discharge Sporthèque as well as its directors, employees, representatives, and anyone acting for and on its behalf from any liability for injury, illness, death, loss or damage to property of any kind that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in these activities.
This waiver applies to any claim whether foreseeable or unforeseeable including those arising from negligence or breach of a legal obligation including those provided under the Occupier's Liability Act.
I also acknowledge that Sporthèque cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, unauthorized use or damage to personal belongings that I may bring onto its premises or activities.
I understand that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court this decision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.
Free Play Regulations
Access and Eligibility
- Access to free play is reserved for persons aged 14 years and older.
- To access free play:
- Hold a membership including squash (e.g., TOTAL , PRESTIGE , etc.);
- Or pay a access fee
Reservation and Cancellation
- Access to the FIT Studio is only by reservation up to 4 days in advance.
- Any cancellation must be made at least two (2) hours before the start of the class. A late cancellation will result in loss of session or access restrictions.
