Grande Prairie and Area Safe Communities - Car Seat Check Clinic - Appointment Request

Please complete the form below to book your FREE appointment to have your child's car seat installation checked at the upcoming car seat clinic in Grande Prairie.

Once we have received your responses, Grande Prairie and Area Safe Communities (GPASC) will be in touch to confirm your appointment time and details. Please note that your requested appointment time is not guaranteed until you have heard from GPASC. Space is limited.

Each appointment will include the removal of car seats and assistance to reinstall confidently. You will work along side a Child Passenger Safety Technician that is certified by the Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada. Please plan for your appointment to take at least 60 minutes. Please bring car seat and vehicle manuals with you.

Appointments are scheduled for 1 hour timeslots. Additional car seats, booster seats, or vehicles may require a longer appointment time. Requests are reviewed in the order they are received. We will contact you to confirm your appointment timeslot and duration.

Children are welcome but not required for the clinic. Please note that we do not supply childcare during clinics.
