March Break Camp 2026 - Terms & Conditions
By registering with WIMGYM Gymnastics Club, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
You are providing us with your consent to the following three points:
1. Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (P-39.1): In order to comply with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (P-39.1), certain information related to your child's membership will be transmitted to the Fédération de Gymnastique du Québec.
2. Canadian anti-spam law (C-28): In order to comply with the new Canadian anti-spam law (C-28), you agree to receive our email communications.

You accept the cancellation policy:
Cancellation before the activity's first day: Cancelling your registration before the activity day entitles you to a full credit or a full refund. To cancel your registration, you must send an email to info@wimgym.ca including the parent's full name, the child's full name and the day of the activity you wish to cancel. You must also specify whether you wish to obtain a credit or a refund. The date on which you send your email requesting cancellation of your registration is the date taken into account as the date on which the activity is stopped. If you send your email on or after the day of the activity, you will be charged for the activity that took place before you sent your email. *
Cancellation on or after the first day of the activity: Cancellation on or after the day of the activity does not entitle you to a credit or refund - the activity is therefore non-refundable. To cancel your registration, you must send an email to info@wimgym.ca including the parent's full name, the child's full name and the day of the activity you wish to cancel. The date on which you send your email requesting cancellation of your registration is the date taken into consideration as the date on which the activity will stop. If you send your email on or after the day of the activity, you will be charged for the activity that took place before you sent your email. *
* In the event of registration for a full week, any partial cancellation and/or modification to the initial registration will result in the days attended being billed at the daily rate.
Other: We do not offer credits, refunds or make-up classes for activity days missed for personal reasons. However, if classes are cancelled by WIMGYM, a credit, refund or make-up class will be offered at the club's discretion.
You accept the affiliation fees:
The Fédération de Gymnastique du Québec (FGQ) affiliation fees are mandatory for all registered participants. These fees are payable once (1x) per gymnastics year. The fee is $20.00 for all recreational activities such as the Winter camp. If the affiliation fees for the period from September 1st, 2025, to August 31st, 2026, have not been paid, they will automatically be added to the balance due. The fees will be valid for the period of September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026.
You accept the payment methods:
The following payment methods are available online: credit card, Interact Transfert and direct debit. The system automatically offers the option to make a full payment. However, we also provide the option to pay in two installments, with predetermined amounts and dates. To do so, you must select this option before proceeding with the payment.
You agree to the following late drop-off/pick-up fees:
Any drop-off of a child at camp more than 15 minutes before the scheduled time, while under staff supervision, will result in daycare fees. Likewise, any delay of more than 15 minutes in picking up a child will also result in daycare fees.
These fees, payable as a result of the delay, must be paid in cash. The applicable rate is $1 per minute of delay.
