Cancellation Policy

Camp Monarch
1. If you need to withdraw your child from camp, we must receive written notice by email to info@campmonarch.com no later than 3 weeks before the first day of camp.
2. A $50 cancellation fee is charged for withdrawing a child from a full-week camp.
3. We will waive the cancellation fee if you opt to receive a credit instead of a refund. The credit can be used for future camps or dance classes and may be used by siblings or even parents taking adult classes. Please note that camp credits cannot be used for private music lessons.
