Indigenous Families 

Application

• All details of the 2026-27 Tuition Waiver for Indigenous Families program are available here (link).
• The application deadline for the 2026-27 school year is Monday, February 16, 2026 at 11:59pm.
• After all applications are received, applicants will be taken through our standard enrolment process, outlined here. (link)
• Tuition Waivers at Trillium Waldorf School are granted using a lottery system.  The lottery for this current offering will be drawn on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Please note - only applicants who have completed the steps to enrolment and have received an acceptance letter will be eligible to be entered into the lottery process at that time. All applicants will be notified of their results by the end of the school day on Friday, May 15, 2026. 

Criteria for Applying

• Self-identification as Indigenous with an ability to reference connection to an Indigenous community in North America either through a status card, membership in a Nation, or other formal recognition from a Nation. 
• If no documentation exists then applicants will be asked to provide familial references, and/or a First Nations, Métis, or Inuit-elected or traditional leader’s reference. 
• Please either upload documentation below OR drop off/mail a photocopy of the documentation you wish to provide that demonstrates your Indigenous identity. Our mailing address is: Trillium Waldorf School, 540 Victoria Rd N, Guelph, ON, N1E 6Z4

Please note - this application is only considered complete when both this form (one per family) and the Student Application Form (one per student) is submitted. The application deadline for both forms is Monday, February 16, 2026 at 11:59pm.
