2026-27 GymBC Equipment Rental Request Form

GymBC has WAG, MAG, and TG equipment available for rent for sanctioned events during the competition season.

We will do our best to fulfill each Equipment Rental Request. If multiple requests come in for the same weekend, priority will follow the "Event Prioritization" list in the Sanctioned Events Information Package, with other requests reviewed in the order received.

The deadline for Equipment Rental Requests is May 31, 2026. After this, GymBC will notify host clubs about equipment availability. Upon approval, a GymBC representative will confirm the rental, and the host club must pay a $1,500 deposit and sign the GymBC Equipment Rental Agreement.

The current GymBC Equipment Rental fees are outlined below. *Please note that these prices are currently under review and are subject to change prior to the 2026-27 competition season.*

WAG Trailer – Single WAG with additional Uneven Bars and Balance Beam

$4,000 + tax + freight
Free Standing (weights to be provided by host club)

MAG Trailer – Single MAG

$4,000 + tax + freight
Free Standing (weights to be provided by host club)

WAG & MAG Trailers - Single WAG/MAG with additional Uneven Bars and Balance Beam

$7,000 + tax + freight
Free Standing (weights to be provided by host club)

Second Artistic Floor (2nd trailer required)

$1,800 + tax + freight

TG Trailer – Trampoline & Tumbling with two Competition Trampolines and End Decks, One Power Tumbling Floor, one Double Mini Trampoline, Equipment Matting and two Landing Zones Included

$3,000 + tax + freight

As we have limited space on the TG Trailer, additional equipment must be provided by the host club:

Double Mini:

6 mats to surround Double Mini landing zone
1 Throw mats

Tumbling:

2 mats for end of Tumbling landing zone (GymBC provides 4 and you need 6)

Trampoline:

1 Throw mat (GymBC provides 2 and its nice to have 3 on Tramp)

Warm-Up Area:

Roll top for warm up area (GymBC provides a small one but its nice to have more)

Warm-Up Trampoline (if desired):

1 Trampoline
2 end decks with mats
1 Throw mat
Surround mats (Around 12 – 3 for each side, 3 for each end)

Please note, this does not guarantee we will be able to accommodate the request. But we will do our best! Please name the technician(s) below.

Following the submission deadline (May 31, 2026), the team at GymBC will review all rental requests and be in contact with all of the applicants to confirm if equipment is or is not available for the event.

Following the successful selection of clubs to rent equipment for the year, a $1,500 deposit will be required, and the club will be required to sign the GymBC Equipment Rental Agreement.
