Your client account is where you can CANCEL YOUR PRIVATE LESSONS. *All cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson. No replacement lesson will be provided if the cancellation is made within 24 hours.
How to cancel your lesson? - Log in to your client account
- Select "Classes/Events" from the menu
- Scroll down and click on "Upcoming"
- Find the lesson you wish to cancel.
- On the right, select the 3 dots (...) & choose "Cancel".
- You will receive this message: "Are you sure? You will receive a one time coupon for a drop in class. You will be redirected to the drop in form." Select "Yes" to confirm.
- You will receive this message: "Success. The class has been cancelled. Would you like to be redirected to the drop-in form? You can always complete this action later." Select "Yes" to see your teacher's default availability for make-up lessons.
If none of the default availabilities work for you, please email your teacher directly to discuss a make-up lesson. *Please note that you cannot book a make-up lesson without having canceled the original lesson first! Once you cancel your lesson, it will generate a coupon to use on your teacher's make-up lesson form (the replacement lesson will be free). *If you need to cancel your lesson within 24 hours, please email your teacher directly to let them know (but please note that no replacement lesson will be provided)

*please contact your teacher directly to discuss a schedule for a makeup class (after canceling the class on your account), to send documents/schoolwork, to discuss your goals for the upcoming classes, and to request a brief report on their progress.
