Reminder that Member Club Renewal Forms and/or payments received after August 31, 2025 will be subject to a $50 late fee. Renewals will not be accepted after September 30, 2025. 

You can find the 2025-26 Member Club Renewal form on this page of GymBC’s website; the direct link to the form is available here. The club renewal fee for the new membership year is $620. Individual membership fees for 2025-26 can be found on this page.

Please complete your club’s renewal form at your earliest convenience. Questions can be sent to membership@gymbc.org.

REMINDER: 2024-25 GymBC Membership year ends August 31, 2025

We kindly ask that you submit your final member registrations for the 2024-25 membership year, which concludes on August 31, 2025, to GymBC via Uplifter at your earliest convenience!

Although 2024-25 member registration submissions will be accepted in Uplifter until the end of the day on September 15, 2025, we strongly encourage you to submit earlier. This will enable us to compile the membership data for our annual report in advance of the AGM.

Call for Choreographer – GFA Ontario Mass Routine 2026

Gymnastics Ontario (GO) and the GO GFA Committee are searching for a choreographer to create the Ontario Mass Routine 2026, plus an expanded version for Team Ontario’s Canadian Gymnaestrada performance.

This all-ages, all-disciplines routine is the official performance piece of Gymnastics Ontario, featured during Ontario Gymnastics Week and Ontario Gymnaestrada.
